I learnt music from my Grand father Shri. Thiruvayaru.S.Krishnamurthy who is a vidwan in vocal, veena and harmonium. A person of hardwork and confidence taking music classes till his age of 88. Even now at the age of 94, being bed ridden I could find him singing and revising his knowledge by practising . A lot to learn from him .
At present , My aththai Mrs. Hemalatha Kannan is my guru. She has done her M.Phil in music. A very knowledgeable person. Could make anyone addicted to her scintillating voice. She has won twice in the all india music competition. Many more about her works and voice will be posted very soon in this blog.
